About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a shift based Team Leader in our Food factory. This shift line management role leads and develops a team of 20-25 Operations associates to deliver site KPIs and initiatives under our site strategy. This role also encompasses overall responsibility for the site out of office hours.

Requirements

• Degree Level qualification or equivalent
• Have significant supply chain experience in FMCG
• Proven track record of successful management of quality deviations in a food factory
• Experience in site management – covering aspects of health, safety and environment.
• Knowledge on how to use key Supply Chain systems - (SAP Atlas, Nexus)
• To be an experienced line manager of a larger team (10-30 people) in an FMCG environment
• To be a highly engaging and clear communicator
• Proven ability to build, manage & develop effective teams
