About the Role:

With nationwide opportunities, you’ll get involved from day one on real work and make a real impact. In your first year we will support you in learning everything there is to know about our products. This means you will be well equipped to develop customer relationships and meet their insurance needs. You will also shadow our regional sales teams in driving sales performance, learning how our branch network grow their businesses. You will work with the team who ensure we provide the best possible customer service, upholding sales integrity and helping NFU Mutual achieve numerous industry awards.

Our recent Graduates have been able to drive sales performance from the start, working on sales campaigns, national and local agricultural shows, completing placements within branches, providing insight into prospecting and supporting branches to use new technology.

At the end of your scheme you will be in a position to consider running your own branch or working in a regional sales role, supporting a panel of branches.

Requirements:

Alongside a good degree, in any subject, you’ll have an enthusiastic, positive nature and a proactive attitude – that’s really important. You’ll be keen to learn, willing to get stuck in to every challenge and take on each opportunity that comes your way. You’ll be great with people, ready to collaborate across different teams and build strong working relationships at every level. You don’t need sales experience, but if you’re the tenacious type, who can help to develop long-lasting relationships with our customers then we’d love to hear from you.
