About the Role:

We are an executive search and recruitment firm operating within Financial Services, focusing on Private Equity and Hedge Funds, Corporate Finance and Insurance. We were founded 3 years ago and are looking to add a Research Consultant to our 7-people team.

We are a very ambitious and driven business and are keen to meet hands-on and motivated people who strive to learn and achieve with excellent resourcing, networking and account management skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Taking ownership of all mandates assigned to you, ensuring deadlines are met;

- Resourcing relevant candidates, arranging and conducting face to face meetings with them and guiding them through the interview process;

- Ensuring that all research documents, as well as the internal database, are kept up to date at all times;

- Preparing any necessary documents for clients and client meetings;

- Liaising with clients and candidates on all assigned active mandates;

- Building a strong network of candidates through meetings and events in order to keep abreast of industry moves and news.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of Sales or Research experience
  • Excellent education background
  • Confident phone manner and flawless people-facing skills
  • Want to work in a start-up environment
  • Ambitious but with a team-player outlook
  • Strong work ethics and drive to help take the business forward
  • Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are welcome, in particular German or Italian)
