The role of the recruiter is more than just finding and sending candidates to clients. Recruiting requires a strong work ethic, persistence and team work. Successful recruiters are creative in their approach to sourcing candidates and supporting their clients & candidates throughout the process.

Working out of our UK Head Office you’ll be tasked with supporting our Africa team, full recruitment training is provided along with a dedicated mentor to help you develop and gain the most from your year with Fircroft.
