About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic graduates who want to work in an exciting and challenging environment. We want people who can think strategically and are confident about making decisions within a team environment. Our aim is to develop graduates into Business Managers of the future.

As well as general Project Managers, we are also looking for graduates interested in:
• Data Analysis
• Project Controls
• Facilities Management
• Procurement

You would be expected to join one of our established graduate schemes, where we will provide a 24 to 36 month rotation programme, during which time you will gain experience within a number of different roles, developing a variety of skills. You will be exposed to a range of recognised methodologies including Prince2, APM Bok, PMI Bok and Agile. Where suitable we will provide opportunities for training with a relevant professional body, providing a route to Chartership or professional recognition.

You will be based in our Leatherhead (London) office but, due to the nature of our business, some of your assignments may take you to various locations in the UK and abroad.

Requirements:

Applicants must hold at least a second class honours degree in any discipline.
