Getting stuck into the Sales & Business Management scheme, you’ll spend two years gaining experience that will be invaluable to the growth of your future career. You’ll build an understanding of how our branch network operates and the role the regional sales team plays in maximising the potential and performance of this distribution channel. You'll get exposure to various roles with focuses on sales, compliance and leadership allowing you to shape your career moving forwards.
You’ll be based in one of our regional sales teams, where you’ll embark on a structured development programme and become licensed to sell our products. Variety? There’ll be lots of that, you’ll enjoy different placements throughout your region and have the opportunity to develop relationships within the Branch network, Regional and Head Offices. And, of course, you will have our full support to help you shape a great career.
