About the Role:

Over three years you will spend time working on several different assignments, across a broad range of departments, each offering real responsibility from day one.

You’ll be joining the Production department and will rotate around the business and different sites to gain maximum exposure to the business. The primary objective in Production is to maintain an effective and efficient process in order to provide quality fresh and convenient products for timely dispatch to our customers.

You will work closely with the Production Manager to keep track of production information and rework plans where necessary. On a typical day, you will be involved in:

  • Updating forecasts and plans and communicating them articulately
  • Managing the change in production based on breakdowns or delayed deliveries
  • Getting new plans re-worked and implemented


We control our whole supply chain from our local British farms, through advanced manufacturing plants to the final product on the shelf. This ensures that customers receive a safe, secure product and that delivery comes via an excellent service from a transparent and integrated supply chain. You’ll play an important part in this process by working on varied projects focusing on the production processes, quality control, health and safety and team management.

Requirements:

Academically, we are looking for CCC (or higher) at A-level and a 2:2 degree (or higher) from a business or science-related background. Other degree types may also be considered. You will also have;

  • A strong aptitude for learning
  • An organised approach
  • Interest in the industry (advantageous)
  • A good eye for detail
  • Accuracy in your work
  • The ability to follow and/or implement processes
  • Flexibility to relocate
