Party For The People (PFTP) is a fast growing social enterprise based in Sheffield with a second office in Bristol. We have city partners in Newcastle, Edinburgh, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol and London. We are a unique ticketing website and online music magazine that donates the profits from booking fees to charity. We’re looking to expand our online music magazine and ticketing platform to establish our presence and promote the best in electronic music & more!

About the Role:

The Ticket Bank, an initiative by Party For The People, helps support people from marginalised backgrounds to attend events, by reducing the most prevalent financial and social barriers. Tickets from event organisers or individuals are donated to The Ticket Bank platform. We then allocate these to our charity partners who in turn distribute them to users of their service, who can then attend the event with the support of the charity. By working with the charity employee directly, who knows the needs of the individual, we can overcome other barriers such as: lack of internet access, caring responsibilities, and social anxiety.

We are looking for someone to complete a 2-week internship with us as a Partnerships Assistant. You will be involved in:

- Conducting market research and approaching potential leads .
- Representing both the company and charitable programme externally, establishing and maintaining relationships with commercial and project partners.
- Helping to develop the business plan
- Supporting the application for bids

• has research skills
• is able to present information to colleagues and stakeholders
• has previous experience in a customer service envrionment
