Established in 2008, we import a range of 80+ superfoods direct from growers around the world and sell them under our own brands, in bulk and in private label. We are the BRAND behind many UK and European superfood brands.

About the role

Due to business growth we are recruiting for an additional Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team. The role holder will be responsible for handling a multitude of daily operational tasks. The width and breadth of duties can be varied. You will liaise with the warehouse for dispatch and work closely with both our Bulk and Retail sales teams to process orders, manage time scales for logistics as well as handle any projects, accounts, admin or issues that might be relative where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Someone who can come in first thing in the morning and hit the ground running, some days will be much busier than others so you need to be able to adapt to this and the pressure that comes with it.
  • You will have the flexibility to be able to drop one task and undertake other urgent tasks.
  • Someone who is highly organised and able to prioritise activities and multi-task in order to meet customer order deadlines.
  • You will be a quick learner and be able to pick up and work with new systems.
  • Someone with strong IT skills having used Word, excel and Outlook previously.
  • You will be a team player and someone who is happy supporting other departments across the business in order to get the job done.
  • Someone who is able to manage the order process for our bigger retail customers start to end.
