The Mountbatten Program provides graduates with the opportunity to gain unrivalled experience at the world's top employers in New York City alongside postgraduate study. Participants of the New York Program spend one year living, studying and training in one of the world's most challenging corporate cultures, complementing their full time training placement with one of three courses: PGC, MA or MBA.

We have opportunities in New York for graduates and young professionals beginning in March 2019.

Requirements:

Places on the program are highly competitive. The Mountbatten Institute is looking for candidates who can demonstrate they are ambitious, adaptable, culturally curious and ready for the challenge of a lifetime. Candidates must have:

  • 12 months’ worth of cumulative, office-based/administrative work experience (can be a combination of summer internships/part time work). If you are still within 1 year of graduation, less experience may be considered
  • A degree from a post-secondary academic institution outside the United States and with a classification of 2:2 or above (UK System) or local equivalent
  • Fluent in English (see website for language requirements)
