About the Role:

Training Plan:

• Stage 1: be directly involved in the probation and learning of the management positions;
• Stage 2: take part in the job rotation system based on the integration of the corporate’s strategy and personal strengths;
• Stage 3: in-depth participation in the overseas projects.

Remuneration Package:

• The position grade and salary will be determined depending on the assessments during the management training period;

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is essential, and candidates with overseas education background or working experiences would be preferred;
• IELTS test score of 6.5 or more (overall), or equivalent;
• Have abundant experiences in practical projects, associations and the Students’ Union, and the excellent student cadres will be preferred;
• Have strong learning competence, well-developed interpersonal & communication skills, good executive capacity and the ability to work under pressure;
• Have potential in leadership, strong sense of responsibility and the desire for promotion;
• Be enthusiastic about the educational industry and willingness to take long-term business trips
