About the role

We are looking for a HR/Talent Acquisition intern as of August 2020, for a period of 6 months. You will be responsible for a number of projects. One major example, is the management of the recruitment process, of 10-15 interns from start to finish. This project will be carried out under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Lead. Your potential tasks will include: one-on-one updates with managers, managing the vacancies, postings of the job on various channels, CV screenings, candidate interviews, drafting of the employment contracts, to name a few.

Furthermore, you will also be an HR consultant and a mediator for the current interns, for multiple aspects throughout their internship, such as onboarding, evaluation interviews, and organization of events specifically for interns. You will actively contribute to the development of all our interns, and will be responsible for the creation of the group dynamic of the intern group.

Within this role, in addition to the talent acquisition team, you will also work alongside the HR department, supporting them in several segments – this would be dependent on your personal interests, and can take you exploring into the areas of compensation and benefits, campus recruitment, absenteeism etc.

Requirements

• is a HBO/WO Bachelor’s or Master’s student or graduated (max. 3 months) with an interest in HR/Talent Acquisition;

• likes to take initiative and work independently;

• has strong communication skills – since you will be communicating with all departments within our organization;

• is pro-active, well organized and able to set priorities in a fast moving industry;

• isn’t afraid to voice their ideas, and thinks creatively and rationally in order to solve problems;

• is ambitious, focused on results and has enthusiasm and a positive attitude;

• is fluent in Dutch (in both speaking and writing) and English.
