About the Role:

On this two-and-a-half-year programme, you'll benefit from on-the-job experience, formal training, individual and group projects and mentoring from a senior colleague. Our structured approach to learning will enable you to develop and grow, it could include CIPD accreditation and Green Belt training. After the formal programme, we'll support you in securing your next role, ensuring that you continue to round out your professionalism, your technical knowledge and your leadership abilities. This is all about accelerating your career so you'll need to be flexible, ready to work hard and keen to take every opportunity you get to try new things, support others and lead the way forward.

You'll support the business operationally, and through the delivery of key projects across areas like business change, employee relations, leadership development, rewards and benefits. You might find yourself providing HR services at a specific site, working in one of our centres of excellence, or gaining people leadership experience and technical expertise as part of our HR Shared Service Centre. Recently, our graduates have been involved in our organisation's transformation programme, operating in stand-alone HR generalist roles and bringing to life our talent management strategy. You might work on something similar, or get involved in business restructuring, which could see you consulting with trade unions, employee representatives and employees. Or it could be that you're developing strategies on talent management in a key business area. Everything you do will focus on generating business value and enhancing the employee experience, helping to make Rolls-Royce an even better place to work.

Requirements:

We're looking for graduates with a curiosity about and passion for HR, leadership potential, strategic business acumen and excellent people skills - you're someone who effortlessly builds relationships and works well with others. You'll be inquisitive, resourceful, a natural problem-solver and overflowing with ideas. You should have, or be on course for, a 2:1 degree or an equivalent qualification.
