What does a recruitment consultant do?
- Co-ordination of the recruitment process from start to finish
- Productive and proactive sales and negotiation on various levels
- Business development to foster new business relationships
Requirements:
The ideal candidate:
- Will have graduated university in the last few years
- Self-motivated
- Task-oriented and goal-driven mentality
- Will show perseverance, resilience and positivity
- Relevant recruitment and sales experience is NOT required
- Bachelor’s degree is essential
- Evidence of engagement with extra-curricular activities/ entrepreneurial pursuits at university will be favoured
