About the role:

We are seeking language graduates to join our successful International, Offshore and UK teams as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. The role of a recruitment consultant is fast paced and pressurised – involving sales, account management, business development, candidate generation and the management of the recruitment lifecycle on behalf of both our clients and candidates. No two days are ever the same and you will be constantly challenged in your ability to beat set targets, bring on new business and generate revenue. Please note that Recruitment is not HR, it is 100% sales focused.

Requirements:

• Do you have excellent communication skills and the drive, determination and resilience to succeed in an extremely challenging, fast moving and results-based environment?
• Naturally competitive, with the confidence and credibility to communicate at a senior level, do you strive to be the best at what you do?
• Do you want to use your language skills in a professional, recruitment sales environment?

The ideal graduate will be motivated by exceeding targets and being pushed outside their comfort zone, with the ability to demonstrate the competencies required for a career in sales. A keen interest in international travel and overseas destinations and/or languages would be an advantage, as would some previous business to business telephone sales experience but these are not essential.
