About the Role:

Job Role: You will join Business Data Partners as a Graduate Consultant based from one of our offices: London, Edinburgh or Chester, but not limited too.

What to expect: Our intensive two-year graduate programme, includes structured training and development, alongside graduate community events and programme reviews. Throughout the programme, you will have a solid support structure around you as you gain industry experience and achieve professional qualifications.

Graduate Programme: On joining, you will receive your induction to the company which will introduce you to how we operate as a business and your fellow graduates as well as the wider team.

The first two months of the graduate programme will include comprehensive SAS training and consultancy training to prepare you for client placement. As the programme progresses you will receive additional training to further develop and expand your skillset. Throughout the programme we encourage you to attend and become involved in the organisation of community events. You will receive regular programme reviews where you will be able to give feedback on your experiences and progress to-date as well as future aspirations.

After your initial training period you will be ready for client placement to put into practice what you have learnt in your two months of training and gain live project experience. This is your chance to shine and fully experience life as a graduate consultant.
