About the Role:

Reporting to the Finance Executive, the Finance Intern will be responsible for assisting in the overall purchase ledger control, invoice approval process and all payments made.

Main Responsibilities and Job Duties:

  • Processing and logging of all incoming invoices.
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of supplier accounts.
  • Matching, batching and encoding of invoices.
  • Update the Finance Executive on any issues that may affect the financial status of the organisation.
  • Supporting the Finance Executive with any administrational tasks when required.

Requirements:

Essential Criteria:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Intermediate excel skills.


Desirable Criteria:

  • Familiar with Sage One system.
  • Previous purchase ledger experience.
