About the Role:

Over three experience-filled years, you’ll be involved in real-life projects touching everything from accounting, tax and treasury to financial planning, analysis and business intelligence. You’ll also do two short placements in our stores to give you an even better understanding of our business and our customers.

As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll study for a level 7 CIMA qualification – and we’ll support you by paying your exam fees and giving you study leave. By the end of the three years, you’ll have all the skills and experience you need to enjoy a rewarding career as an accountant.

Requirements:

Our colleagues ‘Make Morrisons’. You’ll be no exception. So it’s important that you enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment and can build strong relationships with different teams. We look for graduates who can solve problems, apply common sense, and keep their finger on the pulse of what’s happening across our business. You also need to be positive and resilient, and have good numerical, analytical and communication skills as well as a flair for both analysing and presenting data. A minimum 2:1 degree is essential.
