Co-create in-store transaction zone digital solutions to drive impulsivity by seamless collaboration with pilot customers/digital platforms (e.g. Wechat Pay/Alipay) and leveraging proper data & technology capabilities
Partner with national customer management team/perfect store team/channel marketing team to design check-out digital solutions, activity calendar, ensure execution and secure KPI delivery
Conduct intensive test & learns, accumulate learnings and establish golden solutions & successful picture
Manage check-out digital solution transformation roadmap, deploy to KAM & field sales, handle regular business reviews with cross-function team
Track and assure all operation and business KPIs met by the project
Requirements:
B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, business management, engineering, economics, project management or related field (or equivalent in education and experience).
FMCG experience as a plus
Strong knowledge or experience on digital RTM solution deployment and management, FMCG industry is a plus
Working knowledge of digital marketing and E-commerce in FMCG industry
Hands-on experience implementing digital retail or enterprise solutions
Strong knowledge of consumer engagement technologies
Strong knowledge on digital-commerce business
Track record in interacting with and influence senior leaders; synthesize and present business cases and results to senior executives
