Reporting into the Head of Operations, as Customer Service Agent you will be helping people find the flexible work they want.

About the Role:

- Be the first point of contact for incoming queries via phone and e-mail
- Review worker profiles and recruit for work assignments
- Receive feedback from workers and businesses and translate it into ideas to improve our platform and processes
- Periodical weekend work required

Requirements:

- Essential - Customer Service (face to face or over the phone) and/or administration experience.
- Desirable - Previous experience in operational roles in Hospitality, Retail or Office
- Friendly and helpful person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, dedicated and customer-oriented individual
- Excellent organisation skills, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to receive and implement feedback
