About the Role:

You’ll progress through a series of 24-week placements with different central teams, tackling real-world business problems, developing new skills, and gaining deep insight into our business and industry. You’ll also spend four weeks of each year working in a retail store, where you’ll be able to get a better understanding of our customers and their needs.

Throughout the two years, you’ll have lots of opportunities to shine on various big, exciting projects. You’ll also enjoy structured training and the support of a buddy and mentor every step of the way.

Requirements:

Our colleagues ‘Make Morrisons’. You’ll be no exception. We’re looking for graduates who will take ownership of problems and solve them, and who will bring a positive, determined attitude to everything they do. You need to be a great communicator with the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with all kinds of people. It’s also important that you have strong analytical and decision-making skills. A minimum 2:1 degree is essential.
