ForwardKeys is an innovative travel analytics company. Founded in 2010 in Valencia, Spain, the co-founders realised that the air reservation data used by airlines could serve every industry with an interest in global travellers. Since then, we’ve built a platform in which clients can monitor and qualify traveller flows, map global demand, and forecast travel trends. We provide live, tactical information and exclusive insights to tourism boards, hotel chains, retailers, airports, duty-free operators, tax refund companies, car rentals, and more industries that are related to the traveller industry.

About the role:

As our new content marketer you will work on all written communication on behalf of ForwardKeys. We are talking about blogs, web content, news articles, landing pages, video scripts, email campaigns, social media posts, brochures, product and services descriptions, newsletters, paid campaigns, and much more. You do so taking into account SEO and SEM.

You’ll join our Marketing & Communications team, where you’ll ensure our brand tone of voice is consistent across all content creation. In addition, you’ll collaborate with our sales department to strategize and execute online campaigns to scale and drive sales leads, giving you a direct opportunity to make an impact on our business success. You will develop and manage a content calendar and day-to-day operations of content marketing campaigns, from concept through delivery. You’ll also make sure that the created content is properly managed, implemented and shared across variety of channels to engage audiences and grow our business.

In short, you will own a part of the content production process - while keeping the company’s goals in mind, you’ll have the opportunity to rapidly learn.

The ideal candidate has a passion for travel and marketing. You are curious and strive to understand the motivations, behaviours and activities of our audience. You want to tell stories in the best way possible for your audience.

Your week will be:

  • 50% content creation for our website and other channels.
  • 20% social media engagement.
  • 20% email content and newsletter creation.
  • 10% creation, development and testing of your own ideas.

Requirements:

  • Great English copywriting skills
  • Strong knowledge on social media channels to promote content
  • You’ve obtained (or study) a Bachelor or Mater Degree in digital marketing, communications, journalism – or something along those lines.
  • Experience with SEO, wordpress, google analytics and the top social channels
  • Experience with Adobe Indesign is a plus
