About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and resourceful graduate to join us. The programme will involve experience in Commercial, Development and Technical with the first ‘seat’ being a 12 month placement at the Co-op’s Head Office in Manchester.

The role as an implant within the Co-op, will look to you to gather and analyse internal and external data - providing insight and recommendations to support supplier meetings. You'll work cross functionally to gather and share business information and deal with a wide variety of tasks, with the ultimate goal of supporting the buyers and helping to deliver the category strategy.

You will report to the In store Bakery Buyer and be working within the “Food to Go” wider team at Co-op based in the Manchester Head Office.

Requirements:

• Confident and enthusiastic
• Able to Communicate and Build Relationships with people at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills
• Great Attention to Detail
• Intermediate excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Relevant degree or work experience in retail/bakery
• Analytical

At the end of the 12 month Period you will return to Country Style Foods where your development plan will continue, spending a time period in Commercial, Development and Technical
