About the Role:

This is a slightly hybrid role ideally suited for a recent graduate with a can-do attitude, exceptional organisational and people skills and a strong interest in learning about the day to day running and communication of a fast paced and growing business.

Currently a team of five, our Business Operations team is integral in supporting our business growth. As a Business Management Operations and Communication Assistant you will work closely with both our Managing Director and our Director of Impact. Initially the role will focus on office management: assisting with projects, team coordination, scheduling, finance administration, alongside coordinating some of the external communication plans and new business activities.

Once the basics have been mastered, we’d expect you to quickly progress to more complex project management, internal systems innovation, people management, increased involvement in new business proposal writing and implementing communication plans alongside a range of other opportunities as they arise.

  • Highly computer literate with excellent knowledge of smartphones, MS Office, inc Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Management experience would be a benefit
  • 1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
