About the Role:

During the two year programme you will have responsibility for delivering key projects as well as conducting day to day operations. On successful completion of the scheme you will be appointed into a Frontline Manager role in one of our business areas. This will be based on business need and the performance shown over the course of the programme.

Requirements:

• A 2:1 or higher degree (or equivalent) in any subject.
• Courses with industrial work experience are desirable but not essential.
• Ability to relocate within the UK throughout the duration of, and at the end of the scheme
