About the Role:

During your Business Improvement Placement year, you will work in one of our manufacturing sites delivering business and quality improvement projects helping to ensure our product is right first time and manufactured as efficiently as possible. You will assist in a number of projects throughout the year, each increasing in complexity, which may include

  • Process optimisation, yield maximisation and waste reduction
  • Quality and safety improvement projects
  • Reliability improvements
  • Data analysis and trending
  • Performance management

The role will involve cross functional working with other functions including engineering, quality, microbiology, new product introduction and logistics.

Requirements:

Must be on track for a 2.1 or above studying for an undergraduate degree in science, engineering or supply chain. You will have completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree, but will not have graduated at the start of your placement.
