About the role

As an Associate Sales Account Executive, you will become the catalyst behind the growth and success of the company and will be fully trained to carry responsibility for all sales opportunities across Mid-Market and Commercial business segments. As consultative sales professionals, you will take ownership for positioning the full Genesys solution portfolio, developing and managing a sales pipeline, securing net-new business and also driving revenue growth from within the existing customer base.

Your main goal is to achieve an annual sales target by closing prospective deals.

Requirements

  • Passion, Energy and a Willingness to do whatever it takes to keep our customers happy.
  • University Bachelor’s degree educated
  • Highly motivated to meet and exceed annual sales goals and willing to be coached for continuous growth and development.
  • Exceptional skills in both English and local language as well as strong presentation potential.
  • You will be an early career professional working already with up to 2 years’ experience in a role where you are actively developing sales opportunities.
  • Able to articulate your opinions on current and emerging technology trends.
  • Be a team player and a virtual team leader, be adaptable, be able to multi-task and be ready to travel
  • Experience of selling software solutions into multiple vertical markets is preferred
