Submission of student projects takes place during the autumn before the projects are undertaken. This allows time for students to apply and for the matching and recruitment process to be carried out.

We shortlist project submissions around November to December for the following year, but we will discuss ideas for future projects at any time.

  • September to November: Project sourcing
  • September to December: Agree project brief
  • January to February: Advertise projects to students
  • March: Students allocated to projects
  • March: Open evening to meet allocated students
  • June to August: Project work
  • September: Project feedback to organisations
