About the role

The working student will sit within the Corporate Improvements & Projects team which is part of the Corporate Affairs department and will support the two Governance Officers in Germany and UK in running and optimising all RWE Supply & Trading GmbH (RWEST) wide governance related topics, such as:

• Data protection
• Health & Safety
• Environmental reporting / audits
• Maintenance of RWEST’s Organisational Handbook (OHB), incl. directives and guidelines (Group and RWEST internal) to ensure all documents are up to date
• Update of RWEST’s organisational charts for all locations and entities to ensure org charts constantly reflect changes within the organization

Requirements

• Fluent in German & good in English
• Studying Business Administration, Economics or related
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, good organisational skills
• Affinity to work in an international, diversity-friendly and intercultural environment
• Ability to multitask and to react to changing priorities and demands, delivery focused
• Proactive and confident to take initiative
• Self-motivated, able to also work with little supervision but also as a team player
