About the Role:

As HR Department in a multinational company we provide quality HR services to attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce within a supportive work environment. We do this with an emphasis on customer service based on consultation and communication with all our internal customers.

This placement will provide real-world HR experience and help prepare an individual to enter the workplace as a HR Assistant. This experience will allow the individual to be exposed to many facets of Human Resources which may include on-boarding, employee relations, employee records maintenance, policy and procedure development, personnel administration, data analysis, recruiting, and talent management.

The Intern will gain valuable insight into how the HR function supports business operations.

Requirements:

Relevant Skills:

  • Interest in HR management.
  • Computer literate – experience of using Microsoft Office.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail and accuracy.
