About the Role:
First hand exposure to work in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment. Will be dealing with the highest levels of the company. The main duties that you may be expected to do include:
- Searching and developing new project proposals
- Working closely with stakeholders in the enrolment of new schools
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events
- Carrying out in-depth market and competitor analysis
- Reviewing and presenting company reports of current projects
- Analysing financial data to support investment projects
- Assisting in the execution of strategies for new schools
Requirements:
Relevant Skills:
- Native (or fluent) English speaker
- Good level of Spanish
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Comfortable in formal situations
- Computer literate—Microsoft Office
Special Requirements:
- Good team player, but able to work on own initiative
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication skills in the work environment
- Proactive thinker and have the ability to put your ideas forward
- Positive attitude, energy and eager to learn with a “can do” approach
