About the company

The Human Resources department supports the business to ensure the effective management and development of the talent in our organisation. It involves having oversight of all aspects of human capital management, which includes a number of centres of expertise working together collaboratively - talent acquisition, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and organisation development. HR is responsible for ensuring the governance of people issues and policies are framed in accordance with legal and regulatory global standards. HR is also the custodian of employee data globally.

The HR Regulatory Team is responsible for ensuring that senior staff conducting activities that are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) maintain comprehensive records of suitability to conduct those roles on a timely basis and details of how they comply with the regulations.

We are currently hiring 2 work experience placements one focusing on creating advice documentation and the other on data analysis.

About the role

A project is currently underway to implement a record-keeping system complemented by management information reporting and internal training for senior staff.

In undertaking work experience in the HR Regulatory Operations team you will work with existing team members, Compliance specialists and the project team to deliver a solution compliant with Senior Manager & Certification Regime regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of CCC at A-Level (or equivalent), and on track for/ obtained a minimum 2:1degree (or equivalent) classification
