A Spring Week should not be boring. It should challenge you to consciously engage with your own learning. You will navigate through a host of skills sessions and workshops to help you grasp the nature of what we do, and what drives our passion to do it. You will have an opportunity to network with our industry leading experts and graduate analysts alike, to gain a first-hand, authentic view of how a career at Fidelity could work for you.
We are looking for first year students with a strong academic background and a genuine motivation to know more about Fidelity International and the asset management industry. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be highly analytical. Fidelity International has a family feel, so we want to know about those extracurricular activities which tell us who you really are.
