A Better Florist provides a 90 minutes free delivery service with flowers that are fresher and 30% cheaper.

About the Role:

You will work directly with the management team to solve meaningful business problems such as launching new brands or marketing campaigns. Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing opportunities: from digital performance metrics, to campaigns, markets, and headcount along with many more

• Running operational functions, negotiating with suppliers and streamlining our operations through process improvement

• Building teams of exceptional talent with superior market knowledge and develop long term and successful cooperation with key suppliers and partners

• Greenfield projects - start marketplaces and operations from the ground up

• Active search for new potential opportunities and markets to invest in

Requirements:

• Team building and communication skills are essential

• Interns should expect to take ownership of projects that will have a significant impact on the operations and success of the company.

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to speak Mandarin is a big plus

• For the duration of their employment with A Better Florist, interns will work full time (M-F, 40 hours/week).

• Able to commit 5 to 6 months is preferable.
