About the Role:

We’re looking for someone versatile and entrepreneurial who is excited at the prospect of building a high-growth AI venture: an imaginative tinkerer who thrives wearing multiple hats and seeks out adventurous challenges. Someone who can tackle problems across a variety of roles: from strategic growth initiatives, product design and business development, to analytics, project management and operations. If you’re eager to learn and aren’t afraid to dive straight into new challenges, then this role is a great opportunity to grow and develop a multidisciplinary skillset as part of a world-class team.

You will learn about all areas of the business and will be expected to contribute in every area, as we all do. Working alongside the founding team, you will have a lot of ownership from day one, and will experience firsthand what it takes to scale up an AI startup. You will receive regular mentoring from different members of the team to make your experience at Disperse the best it can be.

Requirements:

  • You've already completed your studies are excited about joining us full-time immediately after the 4-month probation period.
  • You're ambitious and passionate about creating something meaningful.
  • You're a problem solver; you don’t accept the status quo and are always looking for creative solutions.
  • You think analytically; you love working with data and extracting insights to make strong business cases.
  • You're an excellent written and verbal communicator with a knack for always finding the right tone.
  • You're a lifelong learner who picks new skills and information up quickly.
  • You're organised and methodological with a keen attention to detail.
  • You're a highly motivated ‘self-starter’.
  • You have an excellent track record of academic achievement.
  • You're eligible to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Useful but not essential:

  • Fluent in another language.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of software development
