What will you get out of it?

All the placements offer flexible start dates, a salary of £18k per annum (pro rata dependant on placement duration) and we also have a 50% conversion rate from our undergraduate placements to our graduate scheme.

We understand that to be successful you need to have the right support, therefore you will be assigned a buddy and mentor, have regular performance reviews and attend sessions to help you develop key skills such as Communicating for Impact and Career Management.

In addition to this, there will be many opportunities to visit our other sites and meet placement students from across the company at the Cavendish Nuclear Discover and Develop Sessions. You will also meet a range of people from Graduates to Directors who will share their experiences and help increase your knowledge about both the company and the industry.

Requirements:

We are looking for students who are in the penultimate year of university and due to graduate in 2019. You must be a British national and will need to undergo Security Clearance and attend a Drug and Alcohol test as part of our pre-employment checks.
