About the Role:

By joining one of our tracks in Engineering, Manufacturing, Services Execution, Bogies, Project Management, Procurement or Supply Chain, you will initially complete a two year intensive development programme. Alongside your contribution to the success of the team, the rotations in the business will build up your knowledge and understanding of Bombardier.

With an experienced Mentor to guide you and undertaking a variety of training modules, you will work towards gaining a professional qualification (chartership) while also building both technical and interpersonal skills.

Joining our teams in Derby, London or Crewe will mean working on real assignments and gaining hands-on experience with responsibility from day one. You will have a chance to build a personal network within the wider business in order to develop overall business awareness, share best practice and foster cross functional working.

Requirements:

You will need a minimum 2:1 Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree, with the specifics of the degree depending on the track you decide to apply to. Candidates must have excellent problem solving skills and a passion for making things happen.
