About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate, creative and innovative team member who can pick up new IT systems quickly and move between them seamlessly. You also need to be a great written communicator, who can come up with engaging content and also loves to get the detail right.

As we are a small team that is growing, we need someone who is able to cope with a broad range of tasks and responsibilities, from administration to communications, website maintenance and even a bit of basic design. As this is a remote position, you also need to be able to work independently and use your initiative to problem solve. You will also be required to travel to occasional meetings and events.

In return, you will become part of a small close-knit and supportive team who work remotely and communicate regularly. We are a flexible team, who work hard and with heart, and we would expect the same of you.

Requirements:

  • Working collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • Administrating training and/or events
  • Strong written communication skills - with a keen attention to detail
  • Creating engaging content for website and/or social media
  • Strong IT skills, including the ability to pick up a range of new programmes easily and work seamlessly across them (we work across a number of different platforms: Zoho CRM Plus, Mailchimp, Office 365, Dropbox, Pixelmator, surveying platforms and more)
  • Updating and maintaining a website (we are about to review our website and move from Joomla to Wordpress)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders, platforms and settings - including social media
  • Advanced organisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands
  • The ability to take direction and follow instruction
  • Commitment to continual quality improvement and innovation
  • The ability to assess stakeholder needs and respond accordingly
  • To use your initiative and excellent problem-solving skills
