 Creating and executing high impact business development plans.
 Demonstrating value to our customers by understanding, advising and delivering on their recruitment needs.
 Creating and managing high level candidate networks.
 Proactively taking the Ignition People brand into new markets.
 Becoming a market and industry expert.

• holding a relevant B.A. or M.A. level (e.g. Business Administration, Modern Languages etc.).
• with evidence of either work or extra-curricular experience (e.g. Sports, relevant societies etc.) in a demanding environment.
