About the role:

On a Supply Chain traineeship we will take you on an exciting developing journey through the real jobs and projects in different Supply functions – from Production Planning through Logistics to Production Operations.

You will be in the middle of developing yourself and your career. We will equip you with necessary skills and will give you the support you would need - the line manager on your side, the buddy from the current trainees and the senior leaders to support your with your development and career planning.

You’ll also have end-of-placement reviews. These give us the chance to check your progress, discuss your career direction and plan your ideal next placement based on this, our insight and the needs of the business. The key word is development and the Supply Chain traineeship is just the beginning of your long-term career development in Mars.

Requirements:

• Master in Supply chain management, Business administration, Engineering or similar
• Excellent in English
• Fluency in Dutch would be a plus
• Mobile
