About the Role:

We work in a relaxed but professional environment, we are not overly hierarchical and the culture is open, engaging and positive. While individual roles are defined, everyone has the opportunity to pitch ideas and help grow the business across the company; often helping out across business functions e.g. you might be in sales but your ideas and activity might also have you engaging with the marketing or customer service teams. We are looking for someone who is pro-active, good with people and at working in a team and is keen to work hard towards success and reward.

The role is part sales and part administrative but sits within and is in support of the sales team. The role includes:

  • Understanding and becoming proficient with Roxhill’s platform and processes
  • Ensuring client contact data is up to date on Capsule and corresponds to other databases
  • Researching into data points in relation to prospect qualification e.g. renewal dates
  • Liaising different teams in relation to sales campaigns and new clients
  • Helping manage the pipeline to the sales team
  • Creating sales templates for sales team
  • Giving pitches to selected prospects
  • Providing daily usage reports
  • Working with prospective clients’ lists
  • Tagging stories to Roxhill platform
  • Undertaking other duties as required by the senior management team
