About the Role:

Our Undergraduate Placement Programme is designed for University students on courses that encourage you to spend 12 months in industry. Starting in August each year, a Bentley placement will get you involved in a mixture of on-the-job projects, workshops and team activities. We’ll help you develop your knowledge, technical and interpersonal skills over the year and you can choose from a broad selection of areas within Bentley to get experience in a real business. It’s a great first step to starting a career at Bentley.

Requirements:

The competition is fierce and so are our expectations, so you must be on course to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 degree in a related subject. The successful individual will:

• Demonstrate taking ownership alongside a strong attention to detail and a commitment to right first time.
• Be proactive and will be able to evidence making improvements, driving own development and sharing knowledge.
• Be adaptable and resilient with the skill to problem solve.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to the audience.
