About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls as part of a sales and marketing campaigns
  • Qualifying and nurturing inbound leads
  • Nurture historical leads and opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate and relevant information on sales activity within the CRM
  • At times you may be asked to
  • Deliver live online and in-person product demonstrations
  • Contact existing clients as part of our annual review service process
  • Customer support or sales experience, ideally in the software/IT industry
  • Natural ability to create rapport with people over the phone, specifically as part of a cold-call
  • Able to clearly articulate complex technical details both verbally and in written documentation for customers to interpret
  • Ability to work independently

You will be a passionate individual who loves technology, has a strong work ethic, and loads of initiative. You will have a natural ability to build rapport with people at all levels within a business. Your success in sales will be based on a consultative approach where you are able to identify and understand the challenges a business faces and know how to position a solution to meet their needs. People trust you because you know how to add value to their business.
