Joining our Graduate programme will see you start on the shop floor. To really get to the heart of our business, we need you to spend time with the most important people: our customers. With stores nationwide, you can request a location that works for you.

As Retail is our business, the majority of our roles will be store based – fast paced and never boring! You will build up your experience leading entire sections, and could be managing your own store in the future. We want to help you progress quickly.

Our Home Office opportunities are varied….. Are you good at building relationships? Enjoy analysing data and spotting trends? Then you could excel in the busy Buying, Supply or Merchandising teams. The rotational nature of the programme means you’ll really find out where you’re strengths lie!

Wherever you’re based, you’ll be a key member of the Asda team!

Requirements:

Asda it isn’t about degree classification or where you studied. What’s more important is your potential to shine in a dynamic Retail business like ours. Asda graduates have a positive can-do attitude and are excited by the opportunities change can bring.
