About the Role:

Are you interested in a career in recruitment? Are you doing an administrative role but frustrated and would like more of a career building role? CRA Consulting are a rapidly growing legal and financial recruitment specialist with a strong presence in Yorkshire. An ambitious individual is required to join our busy office in the heart of Sheffield city centre. The role could be an excellent entry into the world of recruitment and would involve a mixture of administrative duties and candidate generation working alongside the recruitment consultants to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process. You may already have an extensive background in administration or sales support and be looking for a more progressive career, or be a recent graduate with some office based experience (ideally within a business to business setting) and be looking for a career building role.

The Role:

  • Support consultants with general administrative duties including accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database as well as formatting documents using Microsoft office
  • Answering the telephone and meeting and greeting individuals in the office
  • Monitor responses/ applications received and make sure candidates applications are processed correctly
  • Assist with the recruitment process by effectively liaising with candidates and the consultants
  • Initiate and develop candidate relationships to enhance the CRA Consulting brand
  • Comply with company management systems, making sure candidate meet compliance criteria and the CRM Bullhorn database is kept up to date
  • Understand and meet KPI’s and targets set
  • Networking and attending events within the legal and financial sectors

Requirements:

  • You are likely to have a track record of working in an office administrative position, ideally within a business to business environment or be a recent graduate with some work experience within an office setting
  • You will demonstrate the ability to work to targets and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Reliable and understands the need to work as a business partner to the recruitment consultant enabling them to work towards targets
  • You will be able to move between tasks quickly with strong attention to detail
