To date, six of these funds have been realised.

About the Role:

• Support for the origination, analysis, structuring, documentation and execution of European real estate investment opportunities
• Other analytical, research and modelling support for the team including competitor analysis, due diligence, market reviews and working on financial models

Requirements:

• Previous work experience within the real estate, private equity, financial services or investment sector is beneficial
• Results oriented and able to present results in an adequate manner
• High motivation and results focused within a lean and non-hierarchical environment with a fast paced and demanding culture
• Collaborative, diligent and self-motivated individual who demonstrates relentless attention to detail and ability to deliver work in a well thought-out and structured way
• Able to multi-task and to work accurately and systematically to deadlines
• Clear and concise communication and inter-personal skills (both verbal and written) in English
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong financial and analytical skills
