About the role

With this programme you will work closely with our clients to develop strong working partnerships which will enable them to achieve their real estate goals. As you train you will take on rotations within client-facing teams across the business to build your practical experience. This could include regional or international rotations, or the chance to develop your skills on secondment with an external organisation.

You will help to deliver a broad range of projects for our clients. In fact, there will be no limit to what you can get involved in. You’ll undertake a bespoke two-year training programme designed to give you an expert understanding of our business as well as develop the skills vital to a career in real estate consultancy. To succeed you’ll need to show potential and be open to new opportunities as they arise.

Requirements

All you need is to be a final year undergraduate on course for a 2:1 from any degree discipline or a postgraduate student in the final year of study. We’ll also consider recent graduates who already hold these qualifications. Excellent interpersonal and strategic planning skills are also important for this role.
