As the Property Investment/ Sourcing Consultant you will primary:

  • Learn how to source London based deals, earning up to 3% of £1M - £1BN.
  • Learn how to source global trophy assets for ultra-high net worth clients.
  • Build relationships with property contacts to identify new opportunities for Carpe Diem Property & high profile clients.
  • Profile clients to identify their search criteria.
  • Be creative at sourcing properties both via the web, agents and alternative means.
  • Learn how to analyse potential deals to work out profit margin and time scales.
  • Build up local planning knowledge as to what can be built within each of the local 5 SW boroughs.

You will also assist the team in the following areas:

  1. Marketing Finance & Administration:
  • Produce and deliver investor presentations.
  • Develop the company website, marketing & promotional collateral.
  • Operate an email management system to promote search criteria to local agents & general administration.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be/Have:

  • Passion for Property & a strong working ethos.
  • A problem solver who can work to tight deadlines and deliver solution orientated results.
  • A confident individual who is a self-starter who can prioritise their workload and is exceptionally proactive.
  • Never afraid to ask questions as you will be on a steep learning curve.
  • Excellent communication, analytical & strong verbal reasoning skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook are required.
  • Minimum of 2:1 degree expected.
  • Degree – Business Related / Architecture / Surveying Degrees or anyone with a keen desire to work in this market or a proven track record of related experience.
  • Favourable skills but not essential: Architecture skills –Sketch Up, & Photography CAD. Photoshop is a considerable bonus.
