The Role:

This is an exciting, varied and challenging role working with a fast-growing Sales & Marketing Team.
This is a new position made up of the following:

  • You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholder groups, including: press, customers, partners.
  • You will be responsible for brand communications, both onsite and offsite. Excellent written communication skills are a must.

We are metrics and results focussed. Quarterly bonuses are paid based on qualified leads / traffic and other KPI’s after an initial 6 months.

The Key Responsibilities:

Working within the Sales and Marketing Team, you will:

  • Develop relationships with partners.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness e.g. awards, sponsorship, event / conference speaking slot & other opportunities.
  • Update blog on a daily to weekly basis.
  • Manage and update web content.
  • Write and publish articles for industry publications.
  • Develop the customer relationship management strategy.
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

The Candidate:

Essential requirements:

  • Self-starter attitude, willingness to learn and get involved with lots of different projects.
  • Degree (English/ PR an advantage)
  • Passion for social media and writing stories.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence writing technical copy relating to governance, risk and compliance.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
  • Have good knowledge of using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Possess a commitment to training and learning – you will be given time to go to industry courses / events and complete other CPD.

The ideal candidate would also have experience:

  • Writing copy for manufacturing, medical device or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Getting articles published in industry publications.
  • Using the Adobe suite.
  • Using blog software, social media tools, Analytics, SEO and/or CRM tools.
