About the Role and Requirements:

Operations

• The operations area is the ‘engine room’ of the business, ensuring smooth running of trading processes
• Within operations you will rotate across 3 areas: security operations, derivative operations and mixed treasury, exposing you to all areas of financial services
• In each area you will be ensuring that trades are running smoothly by liaising with other teams, researching and writing reports and digging into why a trade may have gone through incorrectly

Is this role right for me?

• You must have an aptitude for accuracy, analysis and drawing hypotheses

Client Operations

• Client and regulatory reporting is for those with outstanding communication skills, providing both clients and external bodies with the information they need to make decisions
• You will get the chance to work with the sales team to pull together reports to provide to clients, as well as the regulatory team to submit data to governing bodies

Is this role right for me?

• You must be proactive, willing to learn and possess great written and verbal communication skills

RFP (Request for Proposal)

• You will be creating and collating content for client proposals, which is great for those who enjoy researching and writing
• You will be working closely with the sales team to put together proposals to send to new clients
• This role is different to the client operations role as you will be filling in questionnaires about BlueBay for new clients, rather than helping to source information for existing clients

Is this role right for me?

• You must have great researching and writing skills, attention to detail and be able to work efficiently and independently when required
